- Analytics data: Google Analytics retains data for 14 months (GA4 default). Microsoft Clarity retains data for 30 days.
- Visitor tracking data: Stored in your browser only; automatically expires after 90 days of inactivity or when you withdraw consent.
- File attachments: Uploaded files from contact forms are automatically deleted after 10 days.
How We Protect Your Information
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. IP addresses in cookie consent records are anonymised using SHA-256 hashing before storage. IP addresses collected via contact forms are retained for fraud prevention and automatically deleted after 1 year. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
